This is the time it takes us to craft and prepare your order before it's shipped out.
Standard Processing
Our products are not mass-produced — each piece is carefully made to ensure exceptional quality.
It takes approximately 5 hours to craft just one pet bed, and we give each item the time and care it deserves.
Our standard processing time is 5–7 business days, which includes custom crafting, order confirmation, packaging, and dispatch.
Urgent Orders
Need it faster? We offer an express processing option for SGD 40, reducing production time to 2–3 business days.
We also offer express shipping (1 business day delivery) for an additional fee.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier or your local post office directly. While we’ll support where we can, we are not responsible for delivery errors after the package has left our warehouse.
