Post-Purchase Service

We offer post-purchase service for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Our service covers:

• Manufacturing-related issues

• General wear under normal use

Service Fee
A small service fee applies, ranging from SGD 8 to SGD 25, depending on the extent of the repair or replacement.

Processing Time
Please allow 14–21 business days for inspection, repair, and return shipping.

Shipping Fees
All shipping costs (both to and from our facility) are the responsibility of the customer.

Service Limitations
We are unable to provide service for the following:

• Damage caused by biting or chewing

• Improper washing or care

• Misuse or mishandling

• Faults caused by incorrect storage
